  • Provided day-to-day SQL Server DBA support to product development teams—managing schema updates, debugging connectivity issues, maintaining dev/QA databases, and accelerating release readiness. 
  • Strengthened Oracle Fusion Middleware documentation & best practices for SQL Server deployments, improving customer confidence and field support.
