    • Migrated 24 M historical transactions and harmonized 5 charts of accounts into one global COA.
  2. Phase 2 (Months 10-18) – Operations
    • Switched on PIM/PDH, Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing across 3 plants and 10 distribution hubs.
    • Retired Expandable and 9 peripheral tools, eliminating $1.2 M/year in license and support costs.
    • Executed 50 data-conversion objects (items, BOMs, routings, suppliers, open orders, etc.).
    • Embedded “modern best practices” for procure-to-pay, production planning, and quality—complete with mobile barcode scanning and IoT shop-floor feeds.
  3. Enablement & Governance
    • Trained 430 users through virtual “day-in-the-life” sessions and published 67 bite-sized video SOPs.
    • Set up a data-governance council and real-time executive dashboards powered by Oracle Analytics Cloud.
